my journey in the fashion industry began in palanga, lithuania – the city of amber. at a young age, i moved to milan, and since then fashion has become not only my profession, but a significant part of my life.
since 2004, i have worked with giorgio armani , which remains one of the most important chapters of my professional career. over the years, i have worked in milan, paris, spain, germany, new york and other international fashion capitals, taking parts in fittings, photoshoots, presentations, prints, fashion shows and events.
this experience has given me much more than professional knowledge. it has taught me that a modelling career is about far more then a beautiful face or the right measurements. it is about discipline, respect, responsibility, communication, professionalism and, above all, knowing who you are.
today, i share this exparience with the next generation of models.

FOR ME, IT IS IMPORTANT THAt A MODEL HAS MORE THAN JUST AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET WORK. THEY NEED SOMEONE BY THEIR SIDE WHO UNDERSTANDS THE INDUSTRY AND CAN GUIDe THEM THROUGH IT.
WE DISCOVER NEW TALENT, PREPARE MODELS FOR PROFESSIONAL WORK, HELP develop their portofolios, teach posing and runway skills, advise on international agencies and support each model in building the right career path.
my philosophy is simple: a model should never have to navigate the fashion industry alone.
an agency should be more than a link between a model and a client. it should be a model’s representative, advisor and trusted support system.
i see every model as an individual personality – not simply as a look, an image or a set of measurements.

i believe the true value of an agency is created when a model’s success becomes the agency’s success.
that is why i am building more than a modelling agency.
